HCMC – Construction of Long Thanh International Airport's Component 3 has reached nearly 76% of the value of signed contracts, with more than 7,300 workers deployed under a 180-day acceleration campaign, according to the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV).

HCMC – The Ministry of Construction has approved toll collection plans for five major expressways, with collections lasting seven years.

According to the approved plans, the expressways eligible for toll collection are Mai Son – National Highway 45, National Highway 45 – Nghi Son, Nghi Son – Dien Chau, Vinh Hao – Phan Thiet, and Phan Thiet – Dau Giay.

The Directorate for Roads of Vietnam will be responsible for toll collection work when all conditions outlined in Decree No. 130/2024 are met.

The directorate stated that it has mapped out a proposal for the operation of expressway infrastructure assets and submitted it to the Ministry of Construction for approval.

Currently, there are 12 expressways owned, managed, and operated by the State under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Construction.
