Carmakers are signaling a decisive shift toward greener mobility.
Industry insiders predict that while battery electric vehicles will continue expanding their footprint, hybrids are likely to dominate in the near term thanks to their compatibility with the country’s charging infrastructure.
Notably, the VND500 million (US$19,190) price bracket, long considered the sweet spot for Vietnamese buyers, is expected to welcome several all-new contenders, broadening consumer choice across segments.
