Hon Khoi salt fields in Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam are at their most vibrant time during the summer harvest, as hundreds of salt farmers work assiduously under the blazing sun.

Salt making is grueling work, with farmers heading out as early as 4:00 am to prepare for the day.
