TCP Group and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation has officially signed a cooperation agreement for the 2026-28 period.
The signing ceremony on Tuesday marked a meaningful milestone in the partnership between the two parties, commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Federation's Traditional Day and TCP Group's 70th anniversary.
The new cooperation deal between TCP and CVYF is built on a shared objective to continue sustaining programs that promote and spread positive living among Vietnamese youth.
As per their 2026-28 cooperation, TCP and CVYF will roll out a series of key initiatives, including supporting the well-being of young workers, empowering disadvantaged youth and resilient young people with disabilities who have overcome adversity to build better lives, honoring outstanding young role models, spreading positive, noble lifestyles in society, and creating spaces to attract and engage young people in physical training.
Through these efforts, the partnership is intended to foster a stronger sense of social responsibility among young people.
Nguyen Tuong Lam, secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and president of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation, said the partnership between the federation and TCP has launched many impactful programs for young people and the community.
Beyond providing resources, TCP has accompanied the federation in supporting and inspiring Vietnamese youth through initiatives promoting healthy lifestyles, resilience, physical well-being, social responsibility, and community contribution, especially as young people face opportunities and challenges from digital transformation, global integration, and rapid social change.
Arjaree Suwangool, corporate affairs and communications director at TCP Group, said the company remains committed to supporting communities through sustainable initiatives as it marks its 70th anniversary this year.
Guided by its purpose of 'Energizing a Better World for All,' TCP aims to spread positive energy, unlock human potential, and support local communities.
Suwangool said the 2026-2028 cooperation agreement with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation reflects TCP's long-term commitment to helping Vietnamese youth unlock their potential, build resilience, promote positive lifestyles, and strengthen their contribution to society.
During the 2023-25 period, TCP and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation collaborated to implement a range of annual programs for young people nationwide, including the 'Worker Program - Spreading Positive Energy,' 'Light of Vietnam Perseverance,' the 'Noble Youth Journey and Awards,' and the 'Community Sport Yard - Energizing Vietnamese Youth.'
These programs focused on supporting the well-being of young workers, honoring resilient young people with disabilities, spreading acts of kindness among youth communities, and encouraging young people to practice physical exercise and build positive living.
Among them, the 'Light of Vietnam Perseverance' program honored 98 outstanding young people with disabilities, with each recipient awarded a savings book worth VND10 million (US$379).
In addition, the program supported 10 outstanding startup projects led by young people with disabilities, with total funding of VND500 million ($18,972).
The 'Noble Youth Journey and Awards recognized 60 outstanding young role models across a wide range of fields, from study and scientific research, national defense and security, to production and business, culture and the arts, sports, and volunteer work for the community. Each honored individual also received a savings book worth VND10 million.
The 'Worker Program - Spreading Positive Energy' was held in 15 provinces and cities across the country, providing 48,500 free health check-ups, consultations, and medicines; setting up more than 350 discounted essential goods booths; and organizing 15 music nights along with a variety of lively sports activities featuring nearly 100 football teams and more than 200 sports teams.
Through the program, thousands of gifts and scholarships worth nearly VND800 million ($30,355) were also presented to young workers and children from disadvantaged backgrounds nationwide.
The 'Community Sport Yard - Energizing Vietnamese Youth' program renovated, upgraded, and refreshed 15 sports facilities in 15 provinces and cities from north to south, each with a minimum area of 1,000 square meters and featuring multiple sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and pickleball.
Through these collaborative efforts, the program series has reached around 200,000 young people across 15 provinces and cities, generated more than 50 million impressions across social media platforms, and involved nearly 100 organizations, units, and partners.
These outcomes reflect the joint efforts of both parties in creating practical and sustainable values for Vietnamese youth and the broader community.
