Ho Chi Minh City considers underground reservoir to ease flooding at Thu Duc Market

Ho Chi Minh City authorities are reviewing a proposal to construct an underground reservoir beneath a football field to help manage flooding near Thu Duc Market, according to a representative of the Department of Construction at a socio-economic press conference on Thursday.
