Vietnam bans trucks, passenger buses from running next to median along 2 major expressways

The Department for Roads of Vietnam has officially banned trucks and passenger buses with over 29 seats, including sleeper ones, from using lane 1, the innermost lane adjacent to the median, on Phap Van – Cau Gie and Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressways in northern Vietnam.
