Tsunami advisory partially lifted in Japan

TOKYO -- The Japan Meteorological Agency on Thursday morning partially lifted a tsunami advisory that had covered a wide area of the country's Pacific coast stretching between Hokkaido in the north and Okinawa Prefecture in the south.
