Typhoon Saudel to linger over East Vietnam Sea for several days

Typhoon Saudel, the fifth storm of the year in the East Vietnam Sea, is forecast to slow down, repeatedly change direction and remain over the sea for several days before gradually weakening, while its circulation will keep northern Vietnam hot through September 3.
