Economy 13:49 01/07/2025The People’s Committee in Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam has assigned relevant departments to study and advise on a proposal by an enterprise to reclaim land from Nha Trang Bay to create an artificial island for building a statue of 'Mother Au Co' 257 meters from the shore, along with an underwater hotel, shopping mall, restaurant and tourist attraction complex at an estimated cost of around US$1.53 billion.
