Hanoi eyes relocation of over 860,000 inner-city residents for urban restructuring

The Hanoi People’s Committee has sent a report to the municipal People’s Council, proposing the relocation of more than 860,000 residents from inner-city areas over the next decade, as part of an ambitious plan to restructure the capital’s urban space.
