Security footage from May, circulated widely on social media Tuesday, shows a woman in sportswear next to her motorbike in an underground parking area.
A tattooed man approaches, appears to speak to her and strike her in the face.
The woman then removes her helmet and bag and engages the man physically.
Despite attempts by a security guard to intervene, the two continue arguing and fighting.
Additional footage shows the woman later restraining the man and demanding an apology.

Social media users identified the woman as Hoang Hang, 28, a member of the Vietnam Top Team club who trains in Jiu-jitsu and MMA.
Actor and martial artist Johnny Tri Nguyen, head of the Lien Phong dojo, posted on Facebook Wednesday praising her actions and calling it a moment of recognition for the local MMA community.

"Our clubs organize tournaments and work tirelessly to promote MMA, but nothing gets more attention than a few real-life moves like this. Now the whole country knows what MMA is."
Nguyen, 52, also criticized the man involved, sarcastically offering him a martial arts scholarship "not to teach him how to hit women, but to build character and respect for others."
The post drew nearly 10,000 reactions and was shared more than 170 times within an hour.
The man's identity has not been confirmed, and no report has been filed with police.
Authorities have not commented on the incident.
