Vietnam deports 15 Chinese nationals for illegal entry

The immigration management unit under the police department in Ninh Thuan Province, south-central Vietnam announced on Monday that it had deported 13 Chinese individuals and repatriated two Chinese under 16 years old for illegally entering Vietnam.

Earlier, the Ninh Thuan police detected 15 Chinese nationals traveling on National Highway 1A through Thuan Bac District and stopped the vehicle for inspection.

During questioning, all 15 individuals admitted to having illegally entered Vietnam.

The Ninh Thuan police issued administrative penalty decisions, deported 11 individuals and handed over two others under 16 through the Huu Nghi International Border Gate in northern Lang Son Province.

Two of the 15 individuals were deported through Cam Ranh International Airport in Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam.
