A still image taken from a clip shows Nikitina Iuliia, a Russian tourist, riding a high-capacity motorcycle without protective gear and performing dangerous and inappropriate stunts in Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam.
The criminal judgment enforcement agency under the provincial Department of Public Security on Monday said it had coordinated with Cam Ranh International Airport’s border-gate police and relevant units to complete the procedures for deporting Nikitina Iuliia, 35, a Russian national.
The Russian tourist had previously been fined VND30 million (US$1,155) by a court in the province for disturbing public order and ordered to be expelled from Vietnam.
According to the court’s July 24 judgment, she repeatedly committed violations on public roads in Cam Lam Commune and Nam Cam Ranh Commune between January and June 2025.
Iuliia was found repeatedly kneeling on the seat of a high-capacity motorcycle while riding in traffic without protective equipment.

The dangerous acts were recorded and shared on social media, affecting public order and posing high risks of road safety in the locality.
On December 18 last year, several videos circulated on social media showing a foreign woman riding a motorcycle in Khanh Hoa and performing dangerous and inappropriate maneuvers.
Following the reports, local traffic police officers launched an investigation.
Traffic police, immigration authorities and police in Bac Nha Trang Ward inspected the apartment where she was staying on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street in the ward on December 21, 2025.
At the police station, she admitted that she was the person shown lying on the motorcycle seat while riding on several roads in Cam Lam Commune in January and June 2025.
The province’s police investigation agency subsequently charged Iuliia with disturbing public order.
