The team's only caution was shown to defender Xuan Manh in a scoreless draw against Singapore at Hanoi's My Dinh National Stadium on July 31.
The reigning champions also lead the tournament in fair-play statistics by committing the fewest fouls, with just 24 infractions in four matches, averaging six per game.
Malaysia ranks second in the fair-play standings with three yellow cards, although it has played one match fewer than Vietnam.
Indonesia has committed the most fouls in the tournament, recording 56 fouls and collecting 10 yellow cards, an average of 14 fouls per match.
Meanwhile, Laos has accumulated the highest number of disciplinary sanctions, receiving 11 yellow cards and three red cards during the group stage.
The ASEAN Cup 2026, running from July 24 to August 26, features 10 teams divided into two groups.
Vietnam competes in Group A alongside Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia and Timor-Leste, while Group B consists of Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Myanmar and Laos.
Led by head coach Kim Sang Sik, Vietnam entered the tournament as defending champions and is targeting another appearance in the final as it seeks to retain the regional title.
