The 26-player squad left Hanoi in the evening, flying to Ho Chi Minh City before connecting on a midnight flight to Perth.
The team is scheduled to arrive at 8:50 am on Saturday.
Coach Mai Duc Chung's side is expected to begin training later on Saturday as they prepare for their Group C opener against India on March 4.
Vietnam will also face Taiwan on March 7 and Japan on March 10.
Vietnam have held several training camps in recent months.
Most recently, they toured China shortly before the Lunar New Year holiday, losing two friendly matches to the hosts by a combined score of 1-8.
The team also held a short training camp in Hanoi after the holiday before finalizing the squad.
Chung said before departure that preparations had gone according to plan.
The 12-team tournament is divided into three groups.
The top two teams in each group and the two best third-placed sides will advance to the quarter-finals.
From the quarter-final stage, six teams will qualify directly for the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup, with the remaining two places decided by play-offs.
Vietnam qualified for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup through the Asian Cup pathway.
