Vietnamese Party chief To Lam begins state visit to South Korea

Vietnamese Party General Secretary To Lam, his spouse Ngo Phuong Ly, and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam arrived at Seongnam Air Base in Seoul at about 2:00 pm on Sunday afternoon, marking the start of a four-day state visit to South Korea.
