All OplaCRM products will undergo penetration testing by VinCSS before being launched, aiming to detect and address any potential vulnerabilities in a timely manner.

In addition, VinCSS will support OplaCRM in integrating passwordless strong authentication based on the FIDO2 standard.

This helps eliminate common security risks associated with traditional authentication methods, while also enhancing user experience.

Nam Nguyen, CEO of OplaCRM, said the collaboration with VinCSS marks a significant milestone that helps OplaCRM better protect customers.

It also boosts the firm’s confidence in pursuing larger, more demanding clients and brings it closer to its goal of global expansion.

In the booming AI era, particularly with the rapid rise of AI agents, companies around the world are racing to apply this technology to research and development, operations, and sales.

However, a recent study by McKinsey and Gartner on AI adoption revealed that only one percent of companies are considered to have reached AI maturity.

Meanwhile, 70 percent of companies fail in AI implementation, and 85 percent of AI projects fall short of expectations.

Many enterprises face issues such as the leakage of sensitive data through AI systems, erroneous AI actions, and sophisticated AI-driven attacks, resulting in significant reputational damage and financial loss.
