Activities such as setting up umbrellas, chairs, live performances, and food services on the sand must stop after 6:00 pm, the Nha Trang Ward administration said.
The decision follows inspections of restaurants and businesses operating along Tran Phu Street, an iconic coastal road in Nha Trang.
The inspections found that some businesses had not completed required paperwork.
These establishments must halt operations, while those with proper documentation may continue within permitted hours and boundaries.
During the suspension period, the ward’s administration will develop a management plan for beach activities in accordance with regulations.
