The launch is part of a series of events celebrating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
T&T City Millennia is a 267-hectare urban development project by T&T Group, situated along the Doi Canal — the natural boundary between Tay Ninh Province and Ho Chi Minh City.
Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the Vietnam Records Organization awarded two national records.
The walking street was recognized as “the longest urban walking street with the most diverse themed experiential stops inspired by Marco Polo’s Eastern exploration voyage.”

Named the "Millennia Journey," the street features eight uniquely themed zones focusing on architecture, culture, sound, and color, drawing from Marco Polo’s 13th-century journey from Europe to Asia.
The "river of light" was awarded the record for “the longest urban waterway integrated with misting, sound, and light projection technology.”
Inspired by the Venice River, the river combines mist effects, laser projections, artistic performances, and music, and is open to the public for weekend visits.

Later that evening, Tay Ninh Province and T&T Group hosted a music program featuring renowned Vietnamese artists including Chi Pu, Isaac, Erik, Quan AP, and Uyen Linh.
Before the music event, a spectacular drone light show featuring 1,000 drones lit up the night sky, displaying the Tay Ninh provincial logo along with iconic visuals representing the province and the Mekong Delta, such as the Vam Co River, floating markets, and don ca tai tu (traditional southern folk music).
