Managed by Vincom Retail, the Vincom Collection portfolio comprises purpose-built commercial streets planned with defined architectural themes, spatial design, zoning and operating standards.
Each project is intended to function as a distinct commercial destination, featuring curated brands and sectors tailored to the character of its surrounding urban area or tourism hub.
In its initial phase, Vincom Collection will encompass nearly 300 hectares of commercial and service land across locations including Ocean City, Vinhomes Global Gate, Vinhomes The Gallery, Vinhomes Green Paradise and Vinpearl Harbour, alongside several projects scheduled for launch in the coming years with varied architectural concepts and formats.
According to the company, each commercial street will be developed around a specific theme aligned with local lifestyles and cultural context, ranging from retail streets and food villages to themed markets, night-time districts, entertainment and sports complexes, golf facilities, and wellness and healthcare concepts.
The projects are designed as open-plan spaces that integrate cultural and contemporary creative elements, which Vincom Retail says will be refreshed regularly.
In parallel, Vincom Retail will introduce Vincom Collection Premium, a separate product line aimed at high-end customers, with a stronger focus on architectural design, landscaping and differentiated spatial concepts.
The launch of Vincom Collection marks the company's fifth retail property brand, following Vincom Mega Mall, Vincom Center, Vincom Plaza and Vincom+.
Vincom Retail said the new line is intended to broaden development options for domestic and international brands, including those in retail, food and beverage, entertainment, sports, wellness, culture and education.
Partnership models may include leasing, joint operations or co-investment, depending on project requirements.
Vincom Retail plans to roll out Vincom Collection projects in phases, with initial openings expected to begin in 2026 and further expansion planned through 2030 in multiple provinces and cities.
The company described the launch as part of its longer-term strategy to develop commercial street models aligned with evolving consumer and urban lifestyle demand.
