The department said on Thursday that authorities had recently taken action against the woman following the incident.
Tung Dien Traffic Police Station in Lang Son Province, in coordination with Tan Thanh Commune Police, summoned L.T.L., born in 1979 and residing in Tan Thanh Commune, for questioning.
At the police station, the woman admitted to the violation and accepted the penalties in accordance with regulations.

The incident was determined to have occurred at around 4:00 pm on April 22 on a section of the Hanoi–Dong Dang railway line.
The act is subject to a fine ranging from VND300,000 to VND500,000 (US$11-19).
Authorities have urged the public not to walk, stand, sit, or engage in any other activities within railway areas or railway traffic safety corridors.
