Vietnam’s Phong Nha-Ke Bang named UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve

The Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park in Quang Tri Province, north-central Vietnam has been officially designated a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, a major milestone for one of the country’s most renowned natural heritage sites that adds new momentum for conservation, scientific research, and sustainable tourism.
