Traffic police are currently working to identify the individual for further action.
On Saturday, a Facebook page based in Khanh Hoa with over one million followers posted a 33-second video clip showing a young man riding a motorbike without using his hands.
He was seen leaning back while the vehicle was moving along Tran Phu Street in Nha Trang Ward, during a time of heavy traffic.
The video quickly went viral, drawing hundreds of comments from social media users, many expressing anger and concerns over the reckless behavior.

"We hope authorities step in quickly to maintain order for both residents and tourists," wrote user Minh Tam.
"This is terrifying. Traffic police must take strict measures against such violations," commented another user, Phuong Anh.
Later the same day, Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper forwarded the video to the Nha Trang traffic police division.
A representative of the division confirmed they were investigating the incident and would take action according to legal procedures.
“We are working to identify the individual and will summon him for questioning," the officer stated.
"All violations will be handled strictly in accordance with the law."
