Ho Chi Minh City launches $14bn plan to tackle 28 traffic congestion hotspots with key projects

Ho Chi Minh City has rolled out a comprehensive plan featuring 98 infrastructure projects with a total investment of approximately VND360.841 trillion (nearly US$14 billion) to resolve 28 critical traffic congestion hotspots across the city, according to the municipal Department of Construction.
