The motorcycle, ridden by Ro Cham S., 28, was carrying Ro Cham R. and Ro Cham H., both 13 years old.

After the motorcycle collided with the back of the truck, all three people on the motorcycle suffered critical injuries and were rushed to hospital by local residents.

Despite emergency treatment, the two teenagers died at the Chu Pah Commune Medical Center.

The driver, S., died after being transferred to Military Hospital 15.

The truck involved in the accident is owned by Nguyen Thi Ngoc, 43, a resident of Chu Pah Commune.

The stretch of the street where the crash occurred is a two-way road with clear lane markings and unobstructed visibility.

Preliminary investigations indicated that the motorcycle rider failed to pay attention and was unable to control his speed.
