Families left in limbo by billion-dollar resort project in central Vietnam

As Vietnam's central coast braces for another storm season, hundreds of families caught inside the planned expansion area of the US$4 billion Hoiana resort in Da Nang City remain stuck in aging, deteriorating homes, unable to rebuild or relocate after years of delays to compensation and resettlement.
