-- An Airbus A350 operated by Vietnam Airlines left Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport at 11:30 pm on Sunday, carrying 124 personnel from Vietnam’s Ministries of National Defense and Public Security to assist rescue efforts for victims of the two powerful earthquakes that struck Venezuela last week.

-- Vietnam’s government adopted Resolution 168, directing the central bank to consider increasing fixed-term State Treasury deposits at commercial banks to boost liquidity and support short-term funding as part of efforts to achieve economic growth of at least 10 percent in 2026.
