A tropical depression over the waters off Vietnam’s central coast from Quang Tri Province to Da Nang City is triggering strong winds and torrential downpours in the central region, which is forecast to face gusts of level 8 (62-74 kph) and receive up to 350 mm of rain, according to the national weather center.
