Vietnamese tech group launches OpenAI arm

CMC Technology Group officially launched CMC OpenAI, or C-OpenAI, on Thursday in Hanoi, with the goal of applying artificial intelligence across major sectors such as education, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, public administration, and virtual assistants for both legal and citizen services.
