Sedo Vinako Co., Ltd, based in the Dong Yen industrial cluster in Duy Xuyen Commune, said the payments will be made on Wednesday.
The company said heavy rains and flooding had damaged workers’ homes and disrupted daily life.
Its factory premises were also flooded, damaging equipment and goods.
Despite its own losses, Sedo Vinako said the payments were aimed at helping workers stabilize their lives and return to work quickly.
The total cost of the relief is more than VND15 billion ($569,900).
Workers expressed gratitude, saying the support helped them cope with the flood’s impact.

Local authorities and the central government have also provided emergency aid.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh approved VND100 billion ($3.8 million) for flood recovery in Da Nang, while the city government allocated VND210 billion ($8 million) for 72 affected communes and wards.
The city’s Fatherland Front committee said it had collected more than VND24 billion ($911,800) and 98 tonnes of relief goods from donors since storm Fengshen hit central Vietnam on October 23, distributing over 69 tonnes to affected areas.
Heavy rains have hit central Vietnam since the beginning of last week, causing widespread flooding in Da Nang and surrounding areas, with the city experiencing separate waves of inundation.
