Ho Chi Minh City plans to launch on-demand minibus service via app

Ho Chi Minh City is planning a Demand-Responsive Transport (DRT) model that would allow passengers to book rides through an app and get picked up or dropped off flexibly at designated locations, helping supplement conventional buses and promote public transport use, according to a draft decision outlining the service.
