Vietnamese lawmaker urges ban on exploiting adoption to traffic children, harvest tissues or body parts

A deputy to Vietnam's law-making National Assembly has proposed adding to the draft revised Law on Adoption a ban on exploiting adoption procedures to recruit, transfer, receive, transport or take away children for the purposes of human trafficking, exploitation or harvesting their tissues or body parts.
