Vietnam's Khanh Hoa launches chatbot to support int'l tourists

Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam, has launched the “Khanh Hoa Travel Assistance” chatbot system that allows international tourists to access legal and safety information, report incidents and seek assistance from authorities without having to install an app.
