Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Cam Phuong, director of the Bach Mai Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Oncology under Bach Mai Hospital in Hanoi, Vietnam, has been appointed an ambassador of the Belgium-based Oncidium Foundation.
