In Vietnam, passenger bus driver, owner fined $2,175 for overloading
Vietnam News 15:22 08/09/2025The Traffic Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security has imposed a total fine of VND57.5 million (US$2,175) on the driver and the owner of a passenger bus for severely overloading a 26-seat vehicle with 49 passengers on a major road in northern Vietnam.
