3 investigated over kite flown near Tan Son Nhat Airport

Police identified the flying object involved in Thursday's incident as a large kite fitted with flashing lights and whistles.

The three people, Than Van Tan, 42, Ta Van Chinh, 47, and Tran Vo Hong Phat, 26, were summoned for questioning over the kite-flying activity.
