At around 3:00 pm, rescue team 116, in coordination with provincial agencies, located the body of a woman identified as H.T.Q. near Cua Dua area in Ha Long Bay.
She was one of two people still missing following the boat accident on July 19.
Earlier, at noon on July 21, border guards at Hon Gai Port recovered the body of a young boy near Ti Top Island.
He was later identified as a 2019-born victim of the same incident.
Another victim, Nguyen Viet H., born in 1979, was recovered on the morning of July 22 about 500 meters from the site where the Vinh Xanh 58 capsized.
The boat, carrying 46 passengers and three crew members, overturned during a sudden thunderstorm in Ha Long Bay on the afternoon of July 19.
Search and rescue operations began immediately, involving nearly 1,000 personnel from border guards, provincial police, and other national rescue units, supported by more than 100 vehicles and vessels.
To date, 10 people have been rescued alive, 38 bodies have been found, and one person remains missing.
