-- A tropical disturbance from the Pacific Ocean could move across the Philippines into the East Vietnam Sea during the first week of November, potentially developing into a tropical depression or storm, according to the Southern Regional Hydro-Meteorological Center.

-- The central region from Nghe An to Quang Ngai continues to experience heavy rainfall today, as floodwaters gradually recede but weather conditions remain harsh, according to the national weather agency.
