In the letter, she said it was her first visit to Hoi An and also the first time she had lost her phone while traveling.
Because the phone contained many photos and important information from her trip, she said she had been very worried.
“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the officers of Hoi An Ward Police. Your dedication and strong sense of responsibility deeply moved me,” Shen wrote in the letter.
