The company posted an after-tax profit of VND186 billion ($7 million) in 2025, down 74 percent from VND708 billion ($26.88 million) in 2024, while revenue fell 85 percent year on year to VND272 billion ($10.3 million), the statements showed.
BTH said its core business is manufacturing transformers and electrical equipment, but its recent profit growth was driven mainly by real estate activities.
The surge in earnings began in 2024, when the company handed over most units in a property project, including 323 of 334 apartments and eight of 25 townhouses, boosting revenue sharply.
In 2025, handovers dropped to six apartments and seven townhouses, leading to a significant decline in real estate income and overall business performance.
Financial income rose to VND45.8 billion ($1.74 million) in 2025, up 75 percent from a year earlier, as the company deposited idle cash from property sales into banks.
Selling expenses declined, while interest and administrative costs increased, the report showed.
The company’s workforce stood at six employees at the end of 2025, up from five a year earlier.
