Student killed in fight outside school in Vietnam's Thanh Hoa

According to an initial report from the school, the incident took place around 11:30-11:35 am near Xuan Ha gas station in Quang Binh Commune shortly after classes ended.

During the confrontation, P.T.B.N., 16, an 11th-grade student from Quang Binh Commune, allegedly stabbed L.Q.H., 17, a 12th-grade student from Luu Ve Commune, in the neck.

H. was rushed by classmates and local residents to Quang Xuong General Hospital, but did not survive.

Upon learning of the incident, school administrators, teachers, and the homeroom teachers went to the scene and the hospital to coordinate with the victim’s family and the Quang Binh Commune police unit.

The school has reported the case to the provincial Department of Education and Training and local authorities.

Ta Hong Luu, acting director of the provincial education department, confirmed that the department had received the report and is cooperating with police in the ongoing investigation.
