Vietnam eyes 3rd Supermodel International title

The 2026 edition of Supermodel International is currently underway in Thailand.

Born in 1996 in northern Hai Phong City, Mai Anh stands 1.74 meters tall, with measurements of 84-65-94 cm.

She previously placed in the top 10 at Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2025, where she won the Best Sports Beauty award and secured a place in the top 5 of the Beach Beauty category.

Mai Anh holds a degree in business administration from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology in Ho Chi Minh City.

She currently works as a lecturer, professional model and catwalk coach.

In preparation for the international competition, she has focused on maintaining a balanced diet, refining her runway techniques, practicing poses and improving her facial expressions in front of the camera.

She has also worked to strengthen her conversational English and communication skills while keeping up with international fashion trends.

Despite her experience on the runway and in catwalk training, Mai Anh has acknowledged the pressure of competing against models with extensive international experience.

She sees the contest as an opportunity to push her limits, sharpen her skills and build greater confidence and stage presence.

During the opening days of Supermodel International 2026, Mai Anh has maintained a positive attitude and attracted attention through her participation in various side events.

The grand finale of Supermodel International 2026 is scheduled to take place on the evening of October 24 in Bangkok.

First launched in 2011 as Supermodel of Asia Pacific, the competition was later renamed Supermodel International and expanded its scope to attract contestants from a wider international field.

Vietnam has claimed the title twice.

Duong Nguyen Kha Trang won the competition in 2018, followed by Bui Quynh Hoa’s victory in 2022.
