The exhibition, launched on Thursday afternoon by the Ministry of Public Security, is part of the 'Glory to Vietnam's People's Public Security Forces' program, held in honor of the forces' 80th founding anniversary (1945–2025).
From the early afternoon, large crowds began gathering to view and interact with tactical vehicles and equipment rarely seen outside of movies or television.
The exhibit features armored vehicles, riot-control trucks, and specialized law enforcement tools used in combat and security operations.
In addition to showcasing hardware, organizers have set up life-sized mock-ups of real-world police scenarios.
Officers at each booth offer demonstrations and explain how different technologies are used in the field.
The event has drawn people of all ages, including many students and international tourists.
Children appeared especially enthusiastic as they stood next to armored cars and handled some of the high-tech gear on display.
The exhibition is free and open to the public through Sunday, giving visitors a rare up-close look at the tools and tactics used by Vietnam's modern police forces.
