HCMC - The 21st Vietnam International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition, or VietnamPlas, commenced on October 18 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7, HCMC.
This event, which runs until October 21, features 625 exhibitors from 22 countries and territories.
VietnamPlas 2023 has over 1,100 booths, covering a total of 23,000 square meters, and serves as a platform where domestic and international businesses can exchange knowledge and technical advancements in the industry, while exploring potentials for cooperation.
The exhibition is organized by Vinexad National Trade Fair & Advertising J.S.C (VINEXAD), and Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service Co., Ltd., in collaboration with other local and foreign partners.
Judy Wang, president of Yorkers, said, “The industry is experiencing remarkable annual growth rates, with a substantial compound annual growth rate of 8%.” She called for the readiness of the business community "to explore cutting-edge solutions and uncover a wealth of new business prospects.”
VietnamPlas showcases a wide range of products in the plastics and rubber sectors, including machinery, equipment, and raw materials.
Two seminar series are incorporated into the event, discussing challenges in business management and developing solutions for sustainable business growth. Participants will also discuss the latest industry trends and provide recommendations on export and digital transformation strategies.
