Goals from Huyen Trang in the 25th minute and Ha Vi ten minutes after the restart sealed top spot in Group D for the host nation at Ba Ria Stadium.
Requiring only a draw to progress, head coach Okiyama Masahiko's side dominated from the start.
Huyen Trang opened the scoring from close range before Ha Vi doubled the lead with a second-half header.
Vietnam finished the group stage with three wins from three matches, scoring 28 goals without conceding any. They previously defeated Palestine 6-0 and the Northern Mariana Islands 20-0.
Following the match, VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan commended the team's determination and discipline, awarding a VND500 million ($20,000) bonus for securing qualification, adding to the VND400 million previously granted for their earlier group-stage victories.
