Vietnam consults int’l experts on building financial centers

Draft plans for the development of international financial centers in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang City in central Vietnam have been sent to London (United Kingdom), Luxembourg, and Frankfurt (Germany) for consultation, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh said on Tuesday.
