Vietnam, China to build strong legal foundation for major joint projects

Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and Chinese Party General Secretary and President Xi Jinping agreed to strengthen the legal framework for major bilateral cooperation projects, including the construction of three standard-gauge railway lines, during a high-level meeting in Hanoi on Monday.
