Storm Fengshen forms east of Philippines, expected to enter East Vietnam Sea on Monday

Storm Fengshen that recently grew from a tropical depression in the Pacific region is expected to enter the East Vietnam Sea on Monday, likely becoming the 12th storm to affect the maritime area this year, according to Vietnam’s national weather agency.
